On the same day he bought a Zenit EM, my dad also found a little Pentax PC-303 point and shoot. Miraculously, it also worked. Here's a roll I put through it.

This camera is cute. It doesn’t produce beautiful quality images by any means, but it does the job. Backlit = not so much. Closer than 1.2 metres and it can’t focus. But for a camera with autofocus, a sliding lens cap on/off function like the Olympus Mju, flash, and the option to set ISO, it was a steal at a few dollars from the Gloucester dump shop.

The billabong. If the Zenit stands out for having incredible tonal range, the Pentax stands out for absolutely not having it.

This was a roll of Kentmere 200. I shot this on the Pentax PC-303.
The roll was developed by Les Porter in Newcastle and scanned by me using my Valoi scanning set up.
